Yesterday Mr CEO told all them must do temp before do perm. This morning all staffs were asked to do temp and only temp~ So i decided to tell all my candidates who were not shortlisted go for temp. I learn alot especially on persuing people to except something they don't really want. Sometimes you have to take any thing to build up your resume before you get a full time job...
Today finally I understand what is 'happenings'. In order to protect the department's sales, some staff will purposely keep some position just for themselves, others let them die themselves. Anyway, just past the candidate to them lo...although actually I am the one do the sale...
Today got 1 very very great things happen on me. Finally I close sales!!!! 2 temp^^
Today I interview 3 candidates. I of them was very great. Even she is not highly educated, her dream is big and she pay for her own studies. Her dream is quite similiar to mine, open a studio and make clothes and accessories. We have the same vision: Gets everyone their dream clothes. However the way we try to achieve our dream is different. Mine is I will start my banking life to earn money, her's was getting money and study while working. Definately, hers will be tougher.. but i really wish she can achieve her dream one day later. I hope I can achieve my dream as well...
This candidates actually also reminds me 1 thing: 'don't become a puppet'. To be honest, I study banking because I choosed to be a puppet...but I believe after I get a master and earn enough money to open my own studio, I can work full time in my studio and become a part time lecturer in colleges. Then I'll be able to make use of my knowledge as well reaching my dreams.
I did one 1 hour interview today, i was trying to make him talk more. A pilot asking for telemarket job with 3k basic. Honestly, I felt like slapping him! He is suck! His english is like shit! At first I thought he was too nervous thats why cannot perform well when talking, but...disappointed! I thought pilot should be very professional and have good english..but now...my preception changed. He keep believing he earn five figure before and he should earn as much now as well, but what he sold was P1wifi...what kind of office job is that?! perhaps he should get a road show job~ He reminds me 1 quote Prince used to said:" Leng zai so what?! Meaningless to have a leng zai face but useless brain."
