Issues popping out in the new year, accommodations, resignments, transfers etc. These issues sometimes not only teaching people on how to solving problems, but also taught us others morale, especially tolerance. I believe I need to learn this as well, my emotions is getting out of my control, I shouldn't keep doing things on my own way.
