Started my working journey in Recruit Express as Recruit Consultant. As I've said before, I love this job alot and I am motivated to work here. Thank's God for given me this job and the opportunity to learn in this company.
Perhaps I love this job too much, I can't sleep well at night and this caused me can't wake up at the morning. I was keep thinking on the job day and night~! GOSH!!! But anyway, it shows that I am really interested in this job and I really want to do well in it. This is my first marketing job, although it doesn't sounds like normal marketing job.
The first day when I step into the company, one of their staff came and brief with us about their jobs and their dress code. GOSH! They are so strict in dressing! Not only want us to dress up in formal wear (OL look), they want us to wear stocking if wear skirt and brazier also! They want us not only to look smart, but look PRO~~ I was so shocked when I know it...I don't know about that...
I was quite curious why they put me as recruit consultant instead of doing admin jobs, I was applying for admin jobs actually, I know I definately can do admin jobs. Surprisingly, they put me as the recruit consultant. I asked the person incharge today, she says she think I am more suitable for the recruit work instead just putting me as a admin clerk like what the other companys did.
I love the working environment of the job also. It's different from other company as most of the employees are young, some of them are younger than me. Maybe most of the 'marketing' people are so young, I'm too used to back-office jobs and stick to the auntie-auntie jobs.
The colleagues here were so nice, they always talk loudly and laugh. They never whisper while talking, always shout. Perhaps they were too used to shout, sometimes you may feel a bit pised when you are on the phone and everyone around you were shouting and caused you can't hear the phone call. Anyway, they are friendly and not selfish (ready to teach you). 'As long you ask, you will get answer'- this is what they are doing, everything you don't know, just ask.
Honestly, I am not performing at all now but I am doing my best to understand their working structure and the way of working. I hope by next week I could also get a job matched also^^ My target is to at least achieve half of this month target.
